How do I campaign our app out to my patients?
You can invite your patients to use the app by doing the following:
– Go to ‘Managed Patients’ screen in TITAN
– Either ‘Select All’ or select on certain patients
– Click ‘Register for PharmAppy’
– They will receive a message to their preferred method of contact (e.g.

by text) prompting them to download your pharmacy’s new, NHS-
approved app. It will guide them to log in with their NHS login account,

then which your pharmacy will be pulled in as normal as well as their
medication.

Your pharmacy will show, with no option for the patient to select from a list of
pharmacies, helping you to grow your customer base.

Your app will auto-renominate the patient back to you, their original site on
your app, helping you to retain your customer base.

The patient’s current nomination will show once the patient has scanned the
QR code and has created their account. Pharmacy specific QR codes will
follow sometime in March.

Your app will automatically import the patient’s medication directly from their
NHS record, with no manual input upon account creation.

Yes, they can add third parties themselves by going to the ‘Request’ tab in
your app, tapping the ‘+’ icon next to their initials and entering a basic set of
information (using PDS) and granting access via email with NHS login.
Alternatively, if the dependant cannot be found via PDS (Personal
Demographic Service), they can enter their dependant’s GP system
credentials (linkage key and account ID) which will pull in their NHS record.

remind them to reorder their prescription using the Last Issue Date at their GP,
their cycles, and the relevant turnaround times.

timely notifications.
